Matthew I believe Loraine is also referring to all the rhetoric with regard to deliveries of any kind. When the CS9 debate was roaring and we were concerned about business deliveries, including dropping off the deceased, avid cyclists audited our every movement and found all sorts of alternative ways, albeit well beyond our control, to get goods to premises. There is very little understanding about supply-chain movement and how goods come and go into the country let alone how they get distributed after entry. Yet we were told to get a cargo bike. Have you ever witnessed the flower lorries from Holland trying to navigate CHR? They are enormous. |
