As for the speed of the planes. Apparently the manual says that a 767 should never be flown above about 350 (knots?) at sea level. So a 767 doing over 500 mph is exceeding the design parameters. End of story. If anyone test flew a 767 at this speed the plane would have to be scrapped afterwards because it has exceeded the design envelope and would lose it's certification. No one can say for certain that a 767 CANNOT operate at this speed, and indeed for those who do not believe in the (much more unlikely) fake plane theories the evidence is that the plane can do it and did do it. Anyone with a lot of money would do the world a favour by actually buying a 767 and trying it out, it would be worth it. Except I suppose the theorists would just retreat to a higher level of fantasy to explain it away. And trying to make out that those people facing death at those windows are fakes somehow disturbs me. |
