Heathrow was often referred to as Thief -row in the past but this sort of thing goes on at lots of airports unfortunately. It is not a good idea to check-in laptops, tablets or the like. I had a sat nav stolen in Lisbon. It is BAA rather than BA that is responsible for baggage handling. But it is always worthwhile complaining to the airline that you actually flew with as well as to BAA. |
