| I haven't tried writing to them, but I do tend to find that for complaints of this kind Twitter is a really very helpful forum. Tweet them and see what they say! It will be very public for them and very immediate and you should get a reply within the hour (rather than within six working weeks or whatever standard policy is) and they'll be very keen to resolve it for you. You'll also help raise awareness for others. Hope this is helpful even though it doesn't directly answer your question. Millicent |
