Know this subject has been the subject of exhaustive discussion and I'm sure there is some technical explanation for this but...it's always perplexing to be regularly held on a Piccadilly Line train at Hyde Park Corner, in order to regulate the service, knowing that signal problems or whatever mean the main Piccadilly Line daytime service cannot be delayed by a stop at Turnham Green. So it speeds past, only to be held at Hyde Park Corner. |
