| As I said in a earlier thread (or maybe it was in an email exchange) because the Council own the application site then under the adopted Scheme of Delegation the final decision on the application will have to be made by the Sustainable Development Committee. It is perfectly normal and recognised in planning law for Council planning departments/Councillors to determine applications made by other Council departments. So, and I mean this in a nice way, don't waste your time on any concerns of that nature. |
