I think you have chosen the wrong location for your study as Chiswick is perfect.............. I cannot think of any part that meets your criterior, except....The High Road west of Acton Lane where there is a mish mash of old and new, including plans for the old Job Centre (see separate thread) A design code might be an option as the original plots get rebuilt as residential or offices. LB Hounslow might alresdy be using one, but I doubt it.
Look at the South Acton estate as a better alternative, there is a major planning ap for further redevelopment under consideration at the moment. LB Ealing Planning website for info. Good luck with your project! |
