If "she" is the CEO on your street last week, then she would not be the person dealing with an appeal, nor probably would anyone you spoke to on the phone. If a permit was visible at all, it only reinforces my view that removal of the vehicle was a disproportionate penalty. One option is to accept one PCN, ask for the two others to be waived, and appeal against the removal (i.e. against the £200 charge for that). Are the holders that Ealing supply for the permits so unsticky that they fall off? Have others had the same problem?
