| Hi I am a Chiswick based Porperty Search agent, In my opinion yes there is alot of hype in the media causing a certain amount of concern, and property prices have slowed and in some cases there have been some small price drops, but in Chiswick , it has stayed pretty constant and stable, West London is a less vulnerable and volatile market, as is shown in the results of sales in the area, as even when they are scares that something terrible is going to happen in the property markets ( which it hasnt! but the media do like a drama!) It doesnt have much effect on areas such as Chiswick, it will always be a highly desirable are to live. |
