| We are selling (have sold) at the moment and we are leaving London. We went on the market in September and didn't find a buyer until late November. It's taken four months from them seeing the flat to completion next Friday. (See my tipping removals' men thread.) If you're interested, our two bed flat in Hounslow went for £210k. We are able to get a 3/4 bed detached (master with en-suite I'll have you know) in Derbyshire for that. We've been looking at the property market up there on the internet for about a year. There the properties are hardly moving. There's many houses that have been on sale for almost a year. |
