It was incomprehensible Cameron didn’t choose a qualified majority, his decision is probably one of the most damaging decisions in UK government history, the damage is disastrous and ongoing. But what’s the point of another referendum when the same bunch of charlatans will peddle the same lies? If we had another referendum, it would probably be 53-47 rejoin and as you say would that be enough to formal rejoin. I tend to think we shouldn’t bother with a referendum and let the parties decide what they want in their manifestoes. Any party that wants to get elected knows the only option is to get closer to the EU, economics, security are all better served by being in a closer relationship with the EU.
