| I would like a Lidl in Chiswick even though I recognise it is unlikely to happen because I'd much prefer not to have to drive to it. I shop more regularly at Sainsbury's but I am generally on foot and just pick up a few select items usually Nectar card offers which can be very good value. I stock up maybe once a week at Lidl and use the car to get heavier and bulkier items that I couldn't carry on foot. I used to go to Sainsbury's to do this but the value is so much better at Lidl with no compromise on quality and the journey time is usually better even though it is twice the distance. |
