| Thank you both for explaining something to me that others might have spotted was implicit in my original post. The point I was trying to make is that, without any discount offerings, Chiswick could see reduced footfall. Even fairly wealthy people seem to be making the effort to cut household expenses these days and, if Chiswick only has premium retailers, some will choose to shop elsewhere. |
