| Can anyone let me know when the traffic restrictions came in for Hartington Road? I turned into it from the Great Chertsey Road on Sunday evening and have received a penalty charge from Hounslow this morning. I didn't have any idea restrictions have come in, and would be grateful if somebody could enlighten me. Serves me right, I guess! |
