| "This may result in roads not being resurfaced, creating risks of life-changing injuries for cyclists who come off their bike going over a bump." This made me laugh but not in a good way.It seems road resurfacing is such a rare event that Counsellor Lambert saw it as a photo opportunity with him front and centre on a picture featured here with the people actually doing the job as background. Hooray hooray! Not. |
