| Big article about the problems this is causing in last week's Sunday Observer, so many people who've lost jobs, can't work etc. the whole thing is a joke. I'd like to know who it's 'safeguarded' given the amount of child abuse cases uncovered, and on it goes whilst someone makes a lot of money from a pretty useless bureaucratic exercise. Given the palaver my two sons had 18 weeks is probably optimistic. |
