Rented a car last weekend... returned it with 2 small scratches on alloy wheel, which according to ZOO equals an alloy refurb. Joke.

Please note, when I asked them for their fair wear and tear poiicy, they came back with "Referring back to my previous emails, we do not have a "Fair Wear & Tear" policy."

Essentially every minor mark or scratch or scuff and they will take extra money from you.  Don't bother with them, use Peugeot (car rental) down the road or one of the major companies.

These guys are local scammers. Chiswick be warned. I was so annoyed, that I wrote to BBC Watchdog... who responded! :)
