Dear Robert,

First of all, please excuse my delay in responding as I new to the ChiswickW4 forum.

After reviewing your comments and the notes on your reservation I am pleased to inform you of what actually happened.

When you arrived to pick up the van you mentioned you would like to change your return time.
It was explained to you that this would not be possible as we already had another reservation and given the registration to the next customer as they were travelling abroad.

As we were fully booked we kindly explained that this would not be possible.

When you received this information you become very abusive and threatening to our member of staff. Our member of staff kindly asked you to stop using threatening language otherwise we would have no option but to ask you to leave.
You then continued to march around our office using foul language.

We then asked you politely to leave our office and then you apologised profusely. We accepted your apology and continued with the rental process.
We then processed your payment and you started using threatening behaviour and language again after already being told it was not acceptable.

At this point we issued you a full refund and told you to leave the office as we will not tolerate abusive language and behaviour.

I won't go into detail on your next episode, but we kindly informed you to use another vehicle hire company in the future.

Here at ZOOCars we try and work with any situation should it arise. We understand everybody's circumstances are different and we will do our best to assist where we can.
