I watched the BBC interview with the people of Oldham who said they voted for the local candidate and not Jeremy Corbyn.  They were white male and over 50 every one of them.  I don't think that represented the people of Oldham but it is indicative of the BBC as of late.  I think one of the points of interest should have been why the sitting government did so badly in Oldham but the rubbish about how close UKIP were to winning was spread so thick no one talked about the truth of it all.  Jeremy Corbyn did not loose a vote against getting involved in Syria the people of Syria are the real loosers
