I see that Age UK has reported that there were almost 41,000 deaths last winter among the over 65s, due to the cold - almost double the 'accepted' number over previous years. Are we just going to accept this horrendous figure as par for the course, or should we perhaps be diverting money from other sources to try and solve this problem? |
