You need to download the poster I gave a link to understand the labelling. You can take a slice off the bottom of a lettuce and stand it in a little water in a beer mug in the fridge and then take a leaf off it at a time. You may find that vegetables from a market stall are much fresher. Why buy plastic packaging? Buy naked! |
