Just in defence of your solicitor my mother is one she deals with LPAs court of protection etc. (Not suitable for the op her practice is in Surrey) and there is a lot of work involved and due to the insurance costs rising they have to advise you at ever step and provide that advise on paper so they aren't sued at a later date. |
