.. on a related theme, I have just been informed via unwanted junkmail that Kentucky Fried Chicken Estate Agents of W4 (in association with Noddy in Toyland) are celebrating their first birthday and inviting everyone in for a nice cupcake and cup of coffee in return for a promise to let them flog, lease, rent or have unprotected relations with your property at somewhere between the sheets or otherwise 1 to 3% of the action full satisfaction guaranteed or your house/flat returned free of charge... ;-) |
