| Very helpful Phil.I was very exited from the beginning but now I am just stressed.I have a tutor but I never call her!!I now the professional areas but i dont understand the bands. Obviously I am band 1 but the MAp it gives you so many details i just cant remember. And then we have understanding customer needs advantage and disadvantage of 3 effective communication, effective service delivery on budget on service etc. Just typing about it it gives me headache.:) I found that i can spk about some of the areas I understand a bit but then its difficult to put them in writing |
