Hi, thanks for the advice. Was rushing this morning and probably should have mentioned that we have tried all the usual steps to rectify it (my husband works in IT so has spent ages trying to sort it) and it still is very poor. Our neighbour is experiencing exactly the same issues so we know that it is not just our router etc, and she has been dealing with Virgin everyday this week but is not getting much support. As yours are both working well perhaps it is a problem in a small area. |
