"I am trying to psych myself up to phone the call centre - which will no doubt fob me off with some irrelevant jargon and statistics... " I've always found them helpful. I agree with Iris's advice. Also, if all your internet use is via wifi, try a direct (wired) connection to the router. It could be a wifi problem such as a channel clash with a neighbour's router. I've just checked my broadband speed at speedtest.net and it's 54Mbps on a 50Mbps package. |
