No - as good as usual. Try turning off your computer, turning off your router. Then give it a few minutes and turn your router on again. when all the lights are blue (or green) turn on your computer and see if it makes a difference. If it doesn't you probably need a new router. Virgin can test from their end and see if there is a problem
