i was in Hakitat this morning Samia.. The Borani I make is the Turkish/Russian variant.. beetroot, goat's yogurt, raw garlic, virgin olive oil and torn coriander.. really simple with an exotic Rose Madder colour.. very interesting and informative thread this and how delightful to see your good self and the charming Angela posting again |
