i cook a lot of Middle Eastern cuisine and find Ottolenghi's recipes good for vibrant vegetarian dishes.. one of my favourites is Chermoula aubergine with bulgar and yoghurt from his book Jerusalem.. although a Palestinian dish it is infused with Moorish spices and flavours and is healthy too.. |
