Angela – try one of my faves .. “Khoresh ghormeh sabzi bah zereshk polo”.. a lamb & herb stew with barberry rice.. seriously wonderful … I also go crazy for lamb tagine with apricots.. Bob conjured one up recently at a dinner party.. delicious.. on the veggie front Samia, my latest hummus dish includes a generous handful of 'real' kalamata olives (sourced from Hakkikat)... easy peasy... try it.. Sam's btw (if the vatican permits anyone to widen the conversation) is/was far more a pleasant cocktail bar that serves half-decent food than it was ever a restaurant.. |
