I don't understand, Andy. They are on French soil, irrespective of where they want to get to. If all Libyans want to reach the UK, should the Libyans or any other nationality abdicate responsibility? No, the destination is not the issue. They are in France, the French or any other country has not stopped them on their way and the French are letting them congregate en masse in a French town. I do not see how the French can move the border. There is a sea and a country demarcation in the way. If I go to Calais I am in France. |
