Richmond Council has the charges for their borough and also their subsidies to holders. Houwslow's site does give much info.  You can also 'double swipe' using 'two journey charges for one longer trip.  You don't have to book 'computer cab' in advance as I know someone who phones for one uses it to get one waiting no longer than anyone else would who needs one straight away.
