| Kim I haven't heard from you, but try emailing: Ian.inman@hounslow.gov.uk And you could cc: John.todd@hounslow.co.uk Ian Inman is the man who will be able to take the action to stop your odour pollution and John Todd will certainly also be able to probably help speed things up. Odour pollution is awful as it's all pervasive, but I also had noise pollution - a low grade constant humming sound. Whilst the noise has gone the odour pollution is still evident although to a much lower level. The problem is that some properties are just not suitable as food outlets, unless a proper fit-out is undertaken and sadly many food outlets cut corners. Good luck and let me know if I can help.
