The Pope has stated in a 192 page encyclical that the throw away culture and climate change is an ethical issue affecting the poor and vulnerable. It needs to be addressed as a priority with millions of people already affected by drought and extreme weather conditions affecting crops and leading to disease and inability to survive. |
