The difference between Greece and Ireland though Colin is that Ireland realised it was in a hole and did its best to dig its way out.Greece just laid back and continued to accept the shedloads of Euros being poured into its coffers.I would never dream of investing in Greek banks, but when I saw what Ireland was hoping to achieve, I bought 250k shares in Bank of Ireland for 7p each.I did the same with Bank of Scotland in 2008, 250k share at12p each.Beat the bankers at their own game.Until the Greeks realise they can't continue to live on the back of handouts, they will never get out of the hole they are in.
