How best do you think it should be taught in schools Sam? - Personally, as a teacher, i always found that the 'students' responded best to how it might potentially relate to them today ie. purported 'secret courts' and other covert ops in a bid to up 'tax' revenues, ha. Fortunately for society at large, i am no longer able to preside over such a stimulating, engaging and subversive debate like that with the kids coz i'm kinda busy with the fallout from 'blue badge gate' these days. Sincere thanks once again Sam.
