The difference is that the people who work on the Crown Estates actually believe in what they do - it's not just a job, it's a way of life and they have tremendous loyalty to the Royal Family and belief in the agricultural and environmentally friendly farming methods.

Have there been any strikes / worker revolts in the 20th and 21st Centuries by Crown Estate workers? No there haven't! Why - because the royal family look after there workers even though their pay isn't the highest in the UK - multinational PLC's could learn a lot from the Monarchy.

Yes there is some dead weight within the Monarchy but they are not paid for by the taxpayers of the UK.

So stick that where the sun don't shine Mr Burford hyphenated Taylor and anyone else who agrees with your shortsighted views.
