That is a bit worrying as we have kept the parakeets way from our garden up to now. I do the same as Liz and that has kept the pigeons away from the feeders. The pigeons though wait underneath the feeders for the scatterings from the sparrows. I have the saucers the wrong way up as the sparrows need something to stand on to get the seed (and it is fun to ses them on tippy toes) I like Delilah's idea of the kite. Delilah - where did you find such a kite?
