This is hard but fair.......vodaphone chiswick is just part of the dumbing down process........Im on vodaphone if I have issues or want to upgrade or anything I keep clear of the place and use provincial shops when im there.Worthing for example the staff are not constantly changing like chiswick are all local people and really helpful and seem to enjoy their job.Chiswick well the staff are doing you a big favour and dont seem to have a clue
