Beware of wanting quick (or any reasonable) service at the Vodafone shop

I called in today lunch time just for a query.  There was one staff member serving one customer.  Reasonable to wait one might think?

After over five minutes I asked where the remaining advertised four staff members were...the staff member said she would see if the manager, who was presumably lurking with other staff members in the back somewhere could help.

But she didn't and after another five minutes I left in a huff.
