Thanks, the speeds others are getting sound great - are you on Infinity? I'm not. I imagine the problem is somewhere in the wiring between the cabinet and my house and I'll have a look to see if they have been fiddling in the cabinet...its nearby, ish.

My BT BB hub gets turned off each night (timer) and on again in the morning so resetting is largely irrelevent.
