Acton Green area. Since yesterday the BT hub 4 keeps dropping out its internet connection (red light on box etc). I now notice that the speed has dropped (down to 8.5 from 12 mbs) so presumably the box has now auto adjusted to poorer BB connection conditions. So spoke to the BT Indian call centre - they haven't a clue, think its the number of devices used in the house, got confused between the connection of BB on the hub and the wireless devices connecting to the hub. Grrrr... So they insisted on changing the wireless hub's channel number - again nothing to do with it. Anyone else noticed BT BB going flakey? |
