| I don't really understand what you expect them to have done. They clearly had every intention of opening a cinema otherwise they would not have gone to the time and expense of getting planning permission. They also clearly had an in principle agreement with the freeholders of all the parts of the site to proceed. Since the planning permission was granted clear one or more parties have lost enthusiasm for the project and with both side blaming each other we will probably never have know the full truth. |
