Just do away with them completely as people can recycle from home newspaper and bottles. Only Friday evening at 7.40pm some guy was urinating behind the one bin that was still in place while another was throwing up beside the phone box and the Oxfam Shop on TGT. That person got another type of mouthful from myself as the little one had to witness it. Both seem to be drinkers from the benches across the road or on Acton Green of an evening. |
