| 'The problem as we keep seeing is that irresponsible and selfish people keep dumping their waste where they shouldn't spoiling things for people who want to use the banks properly.' I'm not sure this is the case. These recycling banks don't seem to have been a problem until relatively recently. What appears to have happened is that the number of times the Council's collector comes to collect from the site had been reduced. |
