The danger with that approach is that the Council might then consider whether an unauthorised change of use from residential to mixed resi/business use has taken place. Having just read the relevant appeal decision, and noting the recent nature of that decision (October 2014), I have to say there's really nowhere left to go in terms of the planning route. |
