I have asked Sam Hearn if the council could clarify the position with their statements in Hounslow matters. Does it mean that bigger houses won't be getting bins because they're too far apart for efficiency.?!! Also do the contractors really have to collect from 1,500 properties per round on collection day for efficiency?!! |
