| Yesterday I put out my black bag of rubbish as I have done since the introduction of the dreaded wheelie bins, I am not using mine. As they have every week the collectors picked up my bag, no problem, then to my surprise, they opened my neighbour's wheelie bin removed the back bag and took it to the refuse vehicle.. and they carried on doing this down the road. So even they are not using the Wheelie Bins. Why have we got them?! |
