The council have no idea who puts out only one sack so it's the same rule for all. The crews know though since they're the ones who are collecting it. Perhaps they're using practical common sense? It's easier and quicker for them to throw a sack into the truck than it is to use a bin lift. If there's nothing in sacks to attract foxes there's no problem. If there is perhaps they wouldn't. |
