"Why are Councils selling off valuable accessible Day Care Centres" Because they're having their income from government absolutely slashed by Eric Pickles while also being encouraged to flog as much land off for housing as possible to meet their housing targets. It's called 'having a Conservative government' - I'm surprised people had forgotten, it's not been *that* long. |
